Meet Daniel Driscoll

As a lifelong Clark County resident, Dan Driscoll knows personally the ins and outs of our community. Dan has dedicated his career to serving the people of Clark County through the Clark County Prosecutor's Office.

When Dan took over as Clark County Prosecutor in 2019, he was proud to continue moving the office forward with the strength and momentum needed to stand up for justice and to ensure safety in our community.

Dan has built his career in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions of the Clark County Prosecutor's Office. He's fought, and won, against some of the worst criminals, including murderers, abusers, and those who prey on the elderly and children in our community.

A Tecumseh High School graduate, Dan earned degrees from Wright State University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Outside of work, Dan spends his time with is wife and their three children. The family attends church in New Carlisle, and during soccer season, Dan can be found on the field coaching his kids’ teams. Dan and his family enjoy being out and about in the community, making the most of all that Clark County has to offer.
